- Keep this is a building, and "works of architecture" fall under {{FoP-Russia}}. Points towards it being a building are the fact that it has a house number, a staircase and doors, and an interior. The fact that it has a more elaborate facade than most does not make it not a building. Just like how a skyscraper with an elaborate design does not cease becoming a skyscraper. P.S. this nomination probably should have bundled together all such pictures, since it affects more than this image. Opencooper (talk) 22:54, 9 July 2023 (UTC)
