This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

One contribution, deleted as out of scope though it is not obvious to me that it should have been, given fr:Rabii Zammouri. @Alachuckthebuck: can you explain your reasoning here? Usually we do not consider it inappropriate to upload a picture of someone who is Wikipedia-level notable even if you may have a strong connection to that person. If there is a copyright issue, sure, but that isn't what you said, you said this is out of scope, which I don't see. Faiza Digital is a company name, thus the account implies shared use. I can't remember the exact reason, as I went on a New file patrolling stint, and nominated 75+ files for speedy deletion, and I don't remember the reason for this specific image. I still completely fail to see how any of this constitutes vandalism. Yes, if they are using the name of an organization, that requires a verified account, so it would be reasonable to tell them that they need either to verify the account or change their account name (or drop this account and start one with a more appropriate name, since this one has barely been used).
